The Zurich & District Chamber of Commerce offers many benefits to local businesses and community groups. Some of the benefits of joining including those from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce include:

Networking Opportunities: the Chamber meets on the first Wednesday of every month to discuss business and community successes, concerns, upcoming policy changes, etc. The meeting is a way to meet with other members and individuals whom you would not normally have a chance to meet with for open discussion on these topics and what one another is seeing within Bluewater. The networking sessions are a way for new ideas to arise and find ways to continue the growth of Zurich.

 

Skills to Strengthen the Community: members offer skills and a shared responsibility to help strengthen the community we live for those wanting to and are making Zurich & Bluewater home.

Driving Change: The Chamber gives you a chance to have your voice heard and to develop new goals for the future of our little heritage village and surrounding areas.

Information Sharing: the Chamber acts as a voice to the Municipality of Bluewater Council with many discussions regarding infrastructure, community organizations and assisting local businesses. At meetings reports are given from local businesses, event organizers, health care and other representatives from the area.

Supporting Local: by becoming a member of the Chamber you are supporting the local economy that we live in and assisting to sustain and advance our area. Opportunities arise for collaboration and many brainstorming sessions on increasing tourism, sustaining our economy and policies that could affect our area.

Collective Marketing and Advertising Strategies: development of a new marketing and advertising strategy that focuses on digital marketing and awareness of our area. Looking to promote our area through launching a more responsive website and utilizing social media outlets.​
